Frankie Wright, Ed.S.

Founder & Executive Director | Elijah’s Village, Inc.

Frankie Wright is a passionate educator, transformational leader, mother, and community advocate who believes that every child deserves to be loved, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Elijah’s Village, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting infants, empowering single mothers, and developing the next generation of youth leaders.

With a heart for service and a commitment to making a meaningful difference, Frankie founded Elijah’s Village on the belief that no mother should have to navigate life’s challenges alone and that every child deserves a village of support. Inspired by her personal experiences, her faith, and her passion for uplifting others, she envisioned an organization that would transform compassion into action and create lasting opportunities for families throughout the community.

Professionally, Frankie serves as a school administrator in the Richmond County School System, where she has dedicated her career to empowering students, supporting educators, and strengthening school communities. She holds an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree and is pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in School Improvement at the University of West Georgia. Her leadership philosophy centers on building meaningful relationships, developing others, and creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Through Elijah’s Village, Frankie is committed to turning purpose into meaningful service. From providing essential resources to infants and mothers through Elijah’s Blessing Bag Program to creating supportive connections through The Village Moms Collective and developing future leaders through youth leadership initiatives, her vision is to build a community where families are strengthened, children are nurtured, and young people are empowered to lead.

As a mother and woman of faith, Frankie understands the importance of love, resilience, community, and the power of having people who show up when they are needed most. She believes that even life’s most difficult experiences can inspire a greater purpose and that meaningful change begins when people come together to serve others.

Her guiding belief is simple: No mother should stand alone, no child should go without support, and every young person deserves the opportunity to lead.

Through Elijah’s Village, Frankie is building more than a nonprofit organization. She is building a legacy of love, hope, service, and lasting impact—one family, one child, and one village at a time.
